The Administration Unit looks after all the development in the clubhouse from Induction Contracts to notices, to task board tags. It also looks after the Internal Clubhouse Audit Preparation, Safety Statements and Risk Assessments which all need updating annually. Induction is carried out on a needs basis and it acts as a central base for all new members for their first week onsite. As part of the business unit we operate the outreach service. We have an outreach board, which contains photos of all our members; we update the board daily to correspond with member’s attendance. If a member is absent from the clubhouse we keep contact and keep communication open. This unit is responsible for training members in on the Reception area which includes taking and transferring calls, appropriate etiquette when dealing with people, recording and taking messages and finally ensuring that messages are delivered properly. The business unit is a vibrant and extremely busy unit there is always plenty of work and typing tasks to be completed and is the hub of changes that we experience in the Clubhouse.
